Local Conservatives know that many businesses throughout our Borough have been hit hard during the pandemic and are determined to provide as much assistance as possible to local businesses.
Cllr Kris Wilson, Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Business and Regeneration, commented:
“Its great news that we can offer even more help to the businesses within our Borough. This new administration is determined to help the businesses of this Borough recover from the pandemic, and these sources of funding will help to sustain the recovery. There are many different types of business we can offer help to. Please don’t hesitate to apply if you feel your business meets the requirements.”
New grants have been launched that we would encourage all eligible businesses to get their applications in as the pot of money is limited.
Conservatives have launched a new Hardship Grant of up to £5,000 and a Shop Front Enhancement Scheme worth up to £1,500.
